It is with great pleasure that I introduce Pam Schneider to you. Pam is a lady of impeccable character, who displays discretion and honesty in all of her dealings.
I first met Pam as a parent of one of my students. We were able to quickly form a rapport, as Pam was such a caring and concerned parent who was happy to support her child and our school. She was able to deal with the wide range of different personalities in our local community (a small country town) easily. Our acquaintanceship has continued over the years.
On deciding to sell our home in 2005, we approached Pam to list our home as we knew that she would provide us with a high level of service. This belief was definitely realized in the experience we had selling our home. Before making a recommendation of price on our property, Pam undertook quite an extensive study of other properties in our area, giving us a more realistic recommendation. After lisitng our property, Pam and her associates did not waste our time bringing through clients who were not interested in our type of property, they rang regularly to check on how things were going and always reported to us after an inspection. When we experienced difficulties with our first contract, she did all in her power to improve the situation.
Within a relatvely short space of time, our home was successfully sold. The after sale help and correspondence was both timely and appropriate.
